Earn points on every purchase and redeem them both online and in-store. You can also collect points by completing activities like following us on social media and celebrating your birthday.
NUMBER 10 F.C. is a tiered program, meaning you unlock more benefits as your annual spend and engagement with NUMBER 10 increases.

Important Notes
• Members may receive exclusive offers, bonus point promotions, and early access to limited releases.

You earn points through purchases and selected activities.
Points Earning
• 2 points for every 1 AED spent (online and in-store)
• Referral completed: 250 points
• Sign-up bonus: 100 points
• Birthday reward: 250 points
• Follow on Instagram: 50 points
• Follow on TikTok: 50 points
• Subscribe on YouTube: 50 points
Things to Know
• Points appear after your order is completed.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• For balance or eligibility questions, contact Customer Service.
Step 1
Sign in to your account to view your tier and points balance.
Step 2
Go to the Points section and select “Redeem for rewards.”
Step 3
Choose a reward and redeem your points.
Step 4
Click “Use Now” and apply the reward to your cart at checkout.
Things to Know
• Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts.
• If you have trouble redeeming, contact Customer Service.
If your points haven’t appeared:
1. Check eligibility
Make sure the activity was completed correctly.
2. Allow processing time
Points can take up to 48 hours to appear.
3. Contact support
If still missing after 48 hours, contact Customer Service with:
• Your account details
• Activity or order details
• Screenshots or order numbers
Our team will review and add any missing points where applicable.
You can exchange points for vouchers applied at checkout:
• 2,500 points = 50 AED
• 5,000 points = 100 AED
• 7,500 points = 150 AED
• 10,000 points = 250 AED
• 20,000 points = 500 AED
Your annual spend is tracked on a rolling 12-month basis.
All qualifying purchases made within the last 12 months count toward your tier.
Your tier updates automatically as you reach each threshold.
Things to Know
• Cancelled or refunded orders do not count toward spend.
• Your tier and benefits adjust automatically based on your rolling 12-month spend.
If you leave the program and rejoin later:
Rejoining
• You can sign up again at any time.
• Your account will start fresh.
Previous Points
• Points from a previous membership do not carry over.
• Old rewards or vouchers become invalid.
Tip
Use your points before leaving to avoid losing them.
