NUMBER 10 x Pickl Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: Please carefully read and understand these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you have any questions relating to these Terms please contact orders@number10.store before participating in the giveaway. Your legal rights are not affected by these Terms, which apply in addition to these Terms and do not replace them. Nevertheless, the Terms, as provided below, may limit NUMBER 10 liability to the extent permitted by law. By participating in the giveaway, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

About NUMBER 10

By participating in the giveaway you are entering into a binding agreement with NUMBER 10 Sole Proprietorship LLC (“NUMBER 10”); NUMBER 10 right to update or terminate the giveaway. You understand and consent that (with or without notice) NUMBER 10 may update, modify or terminate the giveaway from time to time, at its sole discretion.

About the giveaway

  •  For thirty (30) days, NUMBER 10 is running a campaign in collaboration with Pickl in the UAE that gives purchasers of the NUMBER 10-der Bucket the chance to win one of ten jerseys from NUMBER 10.

  • All giveaway entries automatically enter a draw for one of ten jerseys with winners selected over the course of the thirty days. 

  • The prize is valid for one jersey only, it is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything besides the jersey. 

  • Only customers who purchase the NUMBER 10-der Bucket and submit their entry through the online form are eligible to enter the draw.

 

Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to participants who reside in the UAE. The giveaway is not targeted to anyone under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the giveaway.

Duration

The giveaway contest starts on 14th June, 2024 00:00 (GST) and ends on 14th July, 2024 at 23:59 (GST). Only entries submitted before the end date will be considered. 

Winner Selection

The ten winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries between the 14th June 2024 and 14th July 2024. Winners will be notified by a phone call or email within five (5) days after the deadline. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner will be selected.

Publicity. By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow NUMBER 10 to use their name, photograph, voice and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation or approval incidental to the winner’s participation in the giveaway. Provided, however, if written notice (including email) is provided to NUMBER 10 by the winner requesting that NUMBER 10 cases using the winner’s likeness, NUMBER 10 has thirty (30) days to cease using the winner’s likeness in the manner set forth in the notice.

Liability

NUMBER 10 is not responsible and assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway. Participants agree to release and hold harmless NUMBER 10 and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Modification

NUMBER 10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. NUMBER 10 also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

Our information practices and communications with you. 

The following Privacy Policy describes our information practices, including how we collect, use and share information.

How we communicate with you

Through the giveaway entry form, you may opt in to receive emails, text messages to the mobile number you provide to us or push notifications from NUMBER 10. When you opt in to any of these types of communications, you understand and consent that you will receive marketing, transactional and other messages from NUMBER 10. NUMBER 10 may use the information you have provided to us to communicate with you in accordance with the following Privacy Policy.

Notices

Any notice under these Terms of if you wish to withdraw your consent, opt out and unsubscribe, please email orders@number10.store.

Employee Exclusion Provision

Employees of NUMBER 10 or its affiliates, including their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in this giveaway. 

For the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate family members’ include spouses, children, parents, siblings, and any individuals residing in the same household as the employees of NUMBER 10 or its affiliates.

Miscellaneous

These terms will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the UAE, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law; You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in  the UAE for purposes of any legal action arising out of or related to these terms or the online services.

The terms are written in English. Any translation of the terms into another language is provided solely for your convenience, and to the extent there is any conflict between the two, the English version controls.

Each of the terms and conditions in these terms are severable and operate separately. If any of them are unlawful, void or unenforceable, then the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

If NUMBER 10 fails to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if NUMBER 10 does not enforce its rights against you, or delays in doing so, that will not mean that NUMBER 10 has waived its rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.

NUMBER 10 may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation or entity, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person if NUMBER 10 agrees in writing.
