Returns Policy
NUMBER 10 accepts returns on items sold through either our Online Store or our store in Yas Mall.
Non-sale items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.
Any item(s) that have been worn or shown signs that they have been worn or have the original tags removed will not be accepted for return.
How to return an item
There are two ways to return an item to us:
- In-store
You return the product(s) directly to our store in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi
- Return via courier
Arrange the return of the product(s) to the below address and on receipt we will process your refund.

Any item(s) that have been worn or shown signs that they have been worn or have the original tags removed will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
If your request for a refund was approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to show in your bank.
Can I exchange an item?
Right now, we don’t offer exchanges on items purchased online. We recommend that you place a new order seperately to your return.
Can I return a faulty item?
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via orders@number10.store with an image and brief description of the isue.
Returns of incorrect or defective items will be refunded once approval is given from the relevant brand.
